Spring is here! We've been enjoying walking outside, planting seeds, and refreshing breezes coming through the windows. After doing lots of travel from November to February we're now enjoying a few visits from family, which is lots of fun.
Lydia continues to grow and thrive. Her latest development is crawling! It took her awhile to figure out how to do it, but once she did she took off and is crawling all over now. She says lots of ma-ma-ma and da-da-da. Just this past week she has started to wave bye-bye (and even sometimes says buh-buh-buh when she does it), put her arms way up in the air (SOOOO big) when we ask her how big she is, and she imitates coughs, tongue clicks and other consonant sounds. We've been loving seeing her little personality come out as she grows.
The biggest news from our family is that we will be growing again! We're expecting our second baby in late September! Although that is still five months from now, I'm sure the time will go fast. With each passing week our excitement grows as we look forward to meeting this little one!
